  • All agents are licensed under the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
  • We do not provide legal or financial planning advice unless specifically qualified to do so
  • Property availability and pricing are subject to market conditions

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

3.2 Conduct Standards

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on our website and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, are the property of Strutangul or our licensors and are protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for their intended purposes. You may not:
